Terms of Agreement

• Customer receives a physical hardware device

• All one-time activation and set up fees for the new device on the next generation satellites will be waived

• No accessories provided (i.e., car kits, cigarette lighter adapter)

• Installation costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
